Reliance Infrastructure Limited : Reliance Infrastructure Ltd's consolidated net profit stood at Rs 4,082.53 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year ended September. The company had incurred a net loss of Rs 294.04 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year. It had reported a net loss of ₹294.04 crore during the July-September period of the last financial year 2023-24, the company said in a regulatory filing.

According to the company's filing, it booked an extraordinary profit of Rs 3,575.27 crore in the September quarter, which included profit on settlement of loans and income of Rs 80.97 crore on account of arbitration claim, which boosted the company's bottom line. The company's total income declined marginally to Rs 7,345.96 crore from Rs 7,373.49 crore in the same quarter last year. Expenses declined to Rs 6,450.38 crore from Rs 7,100.66 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Reliance Infra is in the business of providing engineering and construction (E&C) services for power, roads, metro rail and other infrastructure sectors.
