Relief to Swami Avimukteshwarananda from Allahabad High Court
Bureau Prayagraj. There is an important news related to Allahabad High Court, where the famous saint Swami Avimukteshwaranand has got a big relief. The High Court has approved the anticipatory bail petition in the sexual exploitation case registered against him. In the same case, the court has also granted anticipatory bail to co-accused and his disciple Mukundanand.
An FIR was registered against both of them in Jhunsi police station of Prayagraj, in which serious allegations of sexual exploitation of Batuks during the camp have been made. According to the information, the hearing in this case was completed in the High Court on 27 February, after which the court gave this decision after considering the arguments of both the parties.
The court granted anticipatory bail to the accused, giving them relief from arrest, although the investigation of the case will continue. This case has become a topic of much discussion in the area after it came to light. While on one hand the supporters are considering this decision as judicial relief, on the other hand the aggrieved party continues to demand justice.
