Review meeting organized with the spirit of “Kisan prosperity is our resolve”

These things were said by Senior General Manager Marketing, New Delhi IFFCO Mr. Sanjay Kulshrestha, as the chief guest, during the review meeting of field officers of IFFCO Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The program started by lighting the lamp with the sentiment “Kisan Samridhi Hamara Sankalp”. Speaking about being conscious of the health of the soil in the present agriculture, the Chief Guest said that work will have to be done to increase the amount of organic carbon in the soil. For this, the use of organic fertilizers, green manure and bio-fertilizers will have to be done responsibly.

Farmer brothers will have to be motivated to test their soil and ensure use of fertilizers on the basis of soil card so that healthy and sustainable production can be achieved and the soil also remains safe for future agriculture. There is a need to encourage the use of bio-fertilizers in agriculture so that the number of friendly organisms in the soil increases and paves the way for cheap and sustainable farming.

Shri Kulshrestha said that IFFCO’s nano fertilizers are environment friendly and helpful in reducing agricultural costs.

On this occasion, Chief Manager IFFCO New Delhi N.M. Gajera, senior officer of IFFCO e-market N.K. Bhatia, State Marketing Manager IFFCO Uttar Pradesh Yatendra Tewatia, expressed his views.

On this occasion, General Manager Production of IFFCO Phulpur unit Sanjay Bhandari, officials of IFFCO’s joint venture Nano Vision, E-Bazaar, IFFCO MC were present.

40 field officers from Eastern Uttar Pradesh participated in the program. During the program, Principal Cordet Dr. D.K. Singh introduced all the participants to the activities of Cordet and also took them on a tour of various units and also observed the trials and demonstrations of nano fertilizers and bio fertilizers on various summer crops. Joint General Manager IFFCO Nano Plant, Phulpur, Arun Kumar took all the participants on a tour of the Nano Urea Plant.
