12 RFYC’s 2024 batch graduates sign professional contracts with top Indian Clubs

The Reliance Foundation Young Champs (RFYC) academy’s 2024 batch saw 12 of its promising graduates sign professional contracts with top football clubs across the Indian Super League (ISL) and state leagues.

Five of these graduates have earned first-team contracts with ISL clubs. Among them, Alan Saji and Sanatomba Yanglem will join FC Goa, Supratim Das will play for Mumbai City FC, Subham Bhattacharya has signed with Odisha FC, and Priyansh Dubey will represent Mohun Bagan Super Giant.

Additionally, seven other players will join the reserve teams of ISL clubs.

Karthick Thirumalai and Malhar Mohol are set to represent Chennaiyin FC, Prantik Saha and Harsh Palande have signed with Bengaluru FC, Narendra Naik will play for Odisha FC, Shubhadip Pandit joins Mohammedan SC, and Mihir Mohite will be part of Mumbai City FC’s reserve team.

These young talents earned their contracts through standout performances in competitions like the Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL).

Over the past few seasons, a total of 39 RFYC graduates have signed professional deals with Indian clubs.

RFYC’s Head of Youth Development, Robert Roelofsen, praised the dedication of the young players, stating, “Some of these players have been with RFYC from the very start, and their hard work has finally paid off. Their commitment is a shining example for any young player aiming to make their mark in professional football.”

Among the standout graduates is Priyansh Dubey, who recently represented India’s U-20 national team at the SAFF U-20 Championship and AFC U-20 Asian Cup Qualifiers.

Other notable graduates who have represented India at various age levels include Mohammed Sanan, Chingangbam Shivaldo Singh, and Aarush Hari, demonstrating RFYC’s influence in shaping future national talent.
