Material

For this you need rice flour, gram dal, potatoes, 8-10 cloves of garlic, 3/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 piece ginger, 3 green chillies, salt. , 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon mustard, 2 teaspoon refined oil, 1 teaspoon white sesame, 2 whole red chillies are required.

Method

  • First of all, add salt as per taste in rice flour.
  • Then add water to it and knead a soft dough.
  • Grind the soaked lentils coarsely in a mixer along with ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Apart from this, if you want to make potato pitha, then prepare the masala by boiling the potatoes and frying them.
  • Make balls of the dough and roll them gently.
  • Now fill it with prepared spices, fold it in the shape of Gujiya and stick it with water.
  • After this process, boil water in a big vessel.
  • Now add pitha to it and cook on low flame.
  • When the pitha is cooked, take it out in a plate and cool it.
  • You can also eat it without frying.
  • If you want to fry it, heat oil in a pan and fry it with mustard seeds.
