Rinku Singh remembers his father after winning T20 World Cup

New Delhi: While India’s T20 World Cup victory has created an atmosphere of happiness in the entire country, the moment was full of mixed emotions for the team’s batsman Rinku Singh. His father Khanchand Singh died of cancer during the tournament. India has created a new record by winning the T20 World Cup title for the third time.

Emotional message in memory of father

After winning the title, Rinku wrote an emotional message on the social media platform remembering her father. He shared that his father was instrumental in his success, who always provided hard work, faith and guidance. Rinku wrote that he never went out without talking to his father and could not understand how life would go on without him.

Khanchand Singh was suffering from cancer

Rinku Singh’s father Khanchand Singh passed away recently at Yatharth Hospital in Greater Noida. He was suffering from stage-4 liver cancer and his condition had become more serious in recent times, due to which he had to be admitted to the hospital.

His hard work paid off

Khanchand Singh was a resident of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh, and his life was filled with many struggles. Before his son’s success, he used to deliver LPG cylinders to homes. He worked hard continuously to support his family. His struggle bore fruit when his son Rinku Singh was included in the Indian cricket team.
