The police have made a big revelation in the case of vandalism and assault that took place during the birthday party of a student at the city’s famous cafe ‘The Den’. The mastermind of this entire incident has turned out to be no ordinary young man, but a vicious criminal registered in the police records. The main accused Rishabh Thakur has been identified as a declared goon who openly flouted the law.
Accused Rishabh is ‘District Badar’ in police records
