Chatra: RJD's Rashmi Prakash has filed her nomination. RJD has made Rashmi Prakash its candidate for Jharkhand assembly elections. Rashmi Prakash's father-in-law and minister Satyanand Bhogata said that a case of dozens of murders is going on in the court against the LJP candidate.
