Robert Pattinson reveals why he didn’t attend Taylor Swift’s wedding with Suki Waterhouse

Robert Pattinson did not attend Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding even though his better half Suki Waterhouse was present at the event.

The 40-year-old, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming Christopher Nolan movie The Odyssey, interacted with the press at the film’s premiere.

The Entertainment Tonight’s interviewer randomly mentioned Taylor and Travis’ wedding that took place on July 3 at Madison Square Garden New York, where the newly-wed couple distributed free gifts including cars and watches.

The host was curious to know that his fiancé Suki went to the wedding, then why didn’t he go to the star-studded event.

The host asked the Twilight star, “They were giving away cars and watched at the wedding, Suki went but you didn’t go. You stayed here, why not?”

While unveiling the real reason of his absence, Pattinson said that he was busy working on the upcoming Batman project, which is why he could not make it to the wedding.

“I was working. I was shooting Batman. I was hooting Batman this morning.”

However, when he found out that guests received free gifts from Taylor and Travis, he sarcastically said, “What did I get?”

Robert is currently attending The Odyssey premieres all across the world with co-stars Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway and Charlize Theron.

The Greek epic directed by the Oppenheimer director is coming out in theatres on July 17.
