Earlier this record was in the name of his father Andrew Flintoff, who scored a century for England Lions at the age of 20 years and 28 days.

On the basis of Rocky Flintoff's inning of 108 runs, England Lions scored 316 runs in the first innings and took a lead of 102 runs. By the end of the second day's play, Cricket Australia XI has scored 33 runs at the loss of 1 wicket in the second innings and is still 69 runs behind England Lions.
