Rohman Shawl opens up on his relationship with Sushmita Sen and her amazing persona

Her ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl acknowledged in an open interview that he thought she was more “amazing” than her on-screen persona. He said, “I was a fan, but now I am a ‘pyaar wala’ fan. I saw the hard work she puts in. I am the biggest fan of her mind. She knows what is going on around her.”

In response to the remarks on those who doubt their friendship following their split, he disclosed that he admires her as a person, which serves as the basis for their bond.

Shawl added, “People talk about exes being friends, but if you don’t have anything in common to talk about, how can you be friends? We are dal-chawal, there’s comfort, we understand each other completely, and we don’t care what people think or talk about.”

The actor confessed that he can’t describe his link with the actress to others and doesn’t give much thought to what other people think about it. He underlined that they understand one other, and that’s sufficient in his opinion.

Shawl has a nice relationship with her kids, Alisah and Renee, other from Sen. It was unaffected even by his split from Sushmita, and they are frequently seen together. He clarified this by saying that they are “smart kids” because of the actress’s extraordinary upbringing and that, despite their lack of conversation, they are aware of the current state of his relationship with the actress.

Rohman mentioned, “For them, it’s a relationship between me and their mom, and we share a completely different equation independent of my relationship with Sushmita. We’ve stayed the same. They are very mature kids, and the credit goes to their mom. She has taught them how to live life.”
