Washington: Both the countries have come face to face regarding the sanctions imposed by America on Russia. Russia's state nuclear energy corporation Rosatom has said that the sanctions imposed against it by the US Biden administration are illegal.

It said the sanctions targeting Rosatom's management are baseless and unlawful. Said that today Rosatom is a global leader in the export of nuclear energy technologies. Therefore sanctions are being seen as unfair competition from unfriendly states.

Rosatom said in a statement that for almost three years we have worked under the pressure of increasing sanctions, acted successfully and were always ready for any situation. Rosatom is fully fulfilling all its commitments to partners.
