Patidar has overtaken Yashasvi Jaiswal to become the fourth fastest Indian to complete 3000 T20 runs. He achieved this milestone in 95 innings whereas Jaiswal had played 102 innings for this.

Andre Russell’s record broken
After 41 innings in IPL, he has come second in the list of players who have hit the most sixes, surpassing Andre Russell (77). Russell had hit 77 sixes in his first 41 innings and only Kryl had hit more sixes than Patidar.
maxwell’s equality
As captain, he has jointly reached second place in terms of hitting most sixes in the first 15 innings in IPL. He has hit 26 sixes, equal to star players like Glenn Maxwell-Kane Williamson.
Patidar’s performance in the current IPL season has been excellent and currently he has scored the most runs for RCB. In the first 3 innings, he has scored 142 runs at an average of 71 and strike rate of 200.
