New Delhi: The Railway Recruitment Boards will release the RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) recruitment city intimation slip today for the exam to be held on November 29. The RRB ALP exam city intimation slip for the last exam will be available on the official websites of the RRB ALP respective regions. The RRB ALP recruitment first computer-based test is scheduled to be held on November 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.
RRB’s official notice reads, ‘For candidates with exam dates from 26.11.2024, 27.11.2024, 28.11.2024 and 29.11.2024, City Intimation Slip will be activated from 16th,17th,18th and 19th Nov 2024 respectively. SMS and Emails are being sent to candidates whose City Intimation Slip has been activated on their registered IDs used during filling the applications’.
RRB ALP admit card
The RRB ALP admit card will be released four days before the exam and will be available for download on the official website. To download the admit card, candidates first will have to visit the website of RRB ALP of the respective regions. Next, click on the RRB ALP admit card 2024 download link available on the homepage. A login window will appear where candidates will have to enter the user ID and password. Once done, the RRB ALP admit card 2024 will appear on the screen. Check and download the admit card and take the printout of it to carry on the exam day.
Through this RRB recruitment drive, a total of 18,799 vacancies of Assistant Loco Pilot will be filled. Earlier, the board decided to fill 5,696 vacancies but the number of vacancies was later added as the demand to increase the number was received from Zonal Railways.
RRB ALP selection process
The RRB ALP selection process involves five stages- CBT 1, CBT 2, Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), Document Verification (DV) and a Medical Examination (ME).
