An American-style city will be developed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority on 1,200 acres near Noida airport. According to the plan, schools, colleges, and universities will be constructed in line with the American concept. The American company Blue Sky Vantage has prepared the project plans.
The project is estimated to attract an investment of Rs 265600 crore. An official from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority stated that the American city will be developed in Sector 22-D, Sector 22-E, and Sector 5. The Authority has requested 5 acres of land for the project. Under this scheme, world-class institutions will be constructed, including facilities for Fine Arts, Theater, and Carving Sculpture.

The master plan for this project is set to be included in the 2041 development framework.
