RSSB has released recruitment for 3540 posts, application starts from May 5, know eligibility and selection process.
Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has announced recruitment for contractual teaching associate posts (RSSB Recruitment 2026). For which the application process will start from May 5. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online by 3rd June 2026 through official website http://rssb.rajasthan.gov.in You will be able to apply by going to. The examination is scheduled to be conducted in September-October 2026.
All candidates are advised to read the notification before filling the form. In which eligibility, selection process, fees, vacancy and other information is available in detail. A total of 3540 posts are vacant for 32 subjects. Out of which, 355 posts for Teaching Associate are vacant for History, 365 for Geography, 339 for Political Science, 201 for Economics, 150 for Sanskrit, 393 for Hindi, 150 for Home Science, 314 for English and 150 for Sociology.
application fee
To apply candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 600. The application fee for OBC, MBC, EWS, SC, ST and PwD category candidates of Rajasthan is Rs 400. Fees can be paid through Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card and Credit Card.
Qualification and age limit
To apply, candidates must have a Masters degree in the relevant subject with 55% marks. Apart from this, one should also have passed UGC NET/CSIR UGC NET/SLET/SET examination. PhD holders can also apply. The prescribed age limit is minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 1 January 2027. Under government rules, reserved category candidates will also get age relaxation.
Selection Process and Salary
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and document verification. After appointment, you will get a fixed salary of Rs 28,850 per month. The exam will be of total 375 marks. It will consist of two papers. Paper-1 will be related to General Studies of Rajasthan. The number of questions in this will be 60 and total marks will be 75. Its duration will be one hour. Whereas the duration of Paper-2 will be 2 hours. It will be 300 marks tomorrow. In this, 120 questions related to the subject will be asked. There will also be a provision of 1/3 negative marking.
