Ruchika, who had come to visit with her family, was robbed by the guides and forced to wear a sheet at the Dargah.
Ruchika Gadekar from Mumbai, who had come to visit Agra’s famous Fatehpur Sikri, was enjoying a lot with her family, but two deceitful guides spoiled her trip. These guides first started by charging high entry fees, then forced a sheet to be offered at the Dargah and extorted Rs 5100.
What happened the whole matter?
Ruchika Gadekar reached Fatehpur Sikri with her family. There two guides offered to take them around. Firstly, these guides took money by inflating the entry ticket fees. Then they took him around to the Dargah and forced him to offer an expensive bedsheet, for which he collected Rs 5100. The family became very worried.
Police took strict action
As soon as the complaint was received, the police came into action. Both the guides – Raja Qureshi and Vishwanath Upadhyay – were arrested. The police also returned the entire cheated money back to the family. Now the family is heaving a sigh of relief, but this incident is a big warning for the tourists.
In places like Fatehpur Sikri, such fraudulent guides often target tourists. If you are also going to visit then be careful, take only licensed guides and do not come under anyone’s pressure.
