Russia’s main domestic security agency gave a statement on Wednesday. It said that Telegram’s administration has not removed many such channels, chats and bots in Russia, which are being used by Ukrainian intelligence agencies, terrorist and extremist organizations. It is being used to prepare and execute incidents of sabotage, terrorism, mass murder and cyber fraud.
