In fact, Ukraine's GUR Military Intelligence Agency recently said that Russia is spying on Ukraine through Telegram. After which it has announced to ban this social media platform. Ukraine believes that this social media platform can prove to be dangerous for government and military officials. This ban is a matter of national security.

Let us tell you that since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war in the year 2022, Telegram has been the most prominent platform for 'unfiltered content' from both sides regarding the politics surrounding the war. Which was founded by Russian-born Durov. However, Durov left Russia in 2014, as the Russian government refused to accept Durov's demand to suppress the voice of opposition communities on his VK social media platform. At present, Durov has sold VK social media.

Telegram has 900 million users, but due to concerns about content moderation, Telegram is facing bans in many countries. Last month, Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov was arrested in France.
