Russia attacked the Ukrainian city of Dnipro with ICBM missiles between 5 and 7 am on November 21. For the first time in this war, an attack was made with intercontinental ballistic missiles. There is a possibility that for this Russia may have used RS-26 Rubezh missiles, which were fired from the Astrakhan area. Apart from this missile, Kinjal hypersonic and KH-101 cruise missiles have also been attacked. The Ukrainian Air Force has confirmed that their vital institutions, buildings and structures have been damaged. Non-nuclear weapons have been used in this attack. Russia has used its long-range bombers Tu-95MS to fire cruise missiles. These bombers flew from the Volgograd area. While Kinjhal hypersonic missiles were fired from MiG-31K fighter jet flown from Tambov area.
