Russian plane caught fire after landing in Turkey, 95 people were on board, somehow their lives were saved

Ankara: The engine of a Russian plane caught fire after landing at Antalya airport in southern Turkey. There were 95 people on board the plane. This information was given by the Turkish Transport Ministry. He said that all the passengers and crew members have been evacuated safely.

The ministry said in a statement that the 'Sukhoi Superjet 100' class aircraft operated by Russian aviation company 'Azimuth Airlines' had taken off from Sochi, Russia on Sunday and was carrying 89 passengers and six crew members.

According to the statement, after the plane landed at Antalya Airport at 9:34 pm local time, the pilot reported an engine fire, after which the airport rescue and fire brigade immediately worked to extinguish the fire. The statement said no one was injured in the incident. The cause of the fire could not be immediately known.

Video of the incident posted by aviation news website Airport Haber showed flames coming out of the left side of the plane. While the emergency team workers are extinguishing the fire.
