Russian President’s temper rises after Khamenei’s death, China and North Korea also criticized America-Israel

New Delhi. After the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei in an air strike by America and Israel, mixed reactions are coming from different parts of the world. Russian President Vladimir Putin strongly condemned the actions of America and Israel. China and North Korea have also expressed their displeasure.

According to Israeli media Times of Israel, Russian President Putin said that the actions of America and Israel violate all rules of human morality and international law. “Please accept my deep condolences regarding the death of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Khamenei and members of his family,” Putin said in a note to his Iranian counterpart Massoud Pezeshkian.

China’s Foreign Ministry said the attack on Khamenei is a serious violation of Iran’s sovereignty and security. It violates the purpose and principles of the UN Charter and the basic rules of international relations. China strongly opposes and strongly condemns this. We call for an immediate end to the military operation, not to escalate the tense situation, and to work together to maintain peace and stability in the Middle East and the entire world. A Foreign Ministry spokesman said in a statement that Israel’s attacks on Iran and US military operations there are illegal attacks and a violation of national sovereignty, North Korea’s state media, the Korean Central News Agency, reported.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said Khamenei was responsible for the regime’s ballistic missile and nuclear programs, its support of armed proxies, and its brutal acts of violence and intimidation against its own people. He was responsible for planning attacks on Australian soil. His death will not be mourned. Iran’s Fars News Agency, quoting sources, said that Khamenei’s daughter, grandson and son-in-law also died in this attack.
