India made a strong comeback in ODIs after a disappointing performance in the Test series and defeated South Africa 2-1 in the three-match series. Now a five-match T20 series will begin between the two teams, the first match of which will be played on December 9 at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.

Team India will be eyeing victory in the first T20, but the eyes of the fans will also be on Jasprit Bumrah, because he will have a golden opportunity to achieve a historic achievement.

Bumrah has taken 99 wickets in 77 innings of 80 T20 International matches played so far at an impressive average of 18.11. He is the second highest wicket-taker for India in this format, and will complete a century of wickets in T20 with just 1 wicket.
