Sabudana Dosa Recipe: If you are fond of dosa and are bored of eating dosa made of mango rice, then now you can taste this type of dosa made of sago. 1 cup sago

1 to 2 boiled potatoes

1/2 cup samak rice

Green chilly

green coriander

rock salt

ginger piece

water as per need

Curd 1\2 cup

Cumin

black pepper

Ghee

1. To make sago dosa, first dry roast the sago on a fry pan.

2. After roasting the sago, take it out in a pan and roast the samak rice in the same pan.

3. Let it cool for some time and after it cools down, put it in a mixer bowl and grind it well to make a powder.

4. Prepare a batter by adding curd, salt, green chilli, cumin, black pepper and coriander to this powder.

5. Depending on the thickness of the batter, add water as per requirement and cover and leave to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

6. If the batter has become thick then add more water to it and prepare a dosa batter.

7. After this, heat the pan and grease it with ghee.

8. As soon as the pan is hot, spread the batter on the pan with the help of a ladle and let it cook till it becomes light golden and then remove it from the pan.

9. After this you can eat it with green chutney or coconut chutney of your choice.

If you are making chutney for fasting, then make this chutney with green coriander, mint, green chilli and rock salt. To make this chutney, put the mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and just grind them finely. If you consume tomatoes during fasting then you can also add tomatoes in this chutney.

To make coconut chutney, you can also use fresh coconut and if fresh coconut is not available then you can also use coconut powder. For this, you have to soak the coconut shavings in water for some time and if it is fresh coconut, then add coconut, green chillies, rock salt and grind it. And if you want, you can also apply tempering of ghee and cumin seeds on it.
