Saif Ali Khan's injury: The attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has shocked the country. On one hand, he underwent surgery at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, while on the other hand, the police has started investigating the case. Meanwhile, many updates are coming out but an incident related to Saif's 25 year old film 'Kya Kehna' is also going viral in which he met with an accident and had 100 stitches on his head. The mediclaim has been signed not by his wife Amrita Singh but by Preity Zinta. The film 'Kya Kehna', released in 2000, was praised as a bold film that tried to break social conventions.
Saif got injured on his head during the stunt
In the film, Saif Ali Khan played the role of a man who falls in love with one girl after another. He used to jump from one rock to another on his bike. During one such stunt, Saif suffered a serious injury and had to stay in the hospital for several days. Saif later received more than 100 stitches and described the incident as scary and the worst he had ever seen.

Saif jokingly said, 'I was trying to impress Preeti through this sequence. I thought I was trying to impress her. It was okay the first time but I was desperate to do it a second time. Just before reaching the ramp the bike slipped and I went flying. There was a rock in the middle of this field and I fell very fast about 30 times and then hit the rock hard. I felt a bit wet, I was bleeding a lot, I was hurt. We went to the hospital and when I had to get stitches I looked like Frankenstein (a fictional monster character). Preeti said, 'We can arrange for a plastic surgeon and get everything fixed.'
Only Preeti was with Saif, she was scared.
Only Preity was with Saif as the actor's wife (now ex) Amrita Singh was out of town for treatment. Recalling that time, Preeti said, 'I am the only girl who knows what is going on in Saif's mind. Ultimately it was me and only him. His wife was not in town. His friend was abusing him on the phone because he thought it was a joke. The director became very ill and had to leave. I was asked to sign a medical form. I was scared because Saif had a big wound on his head and he looked like an alien. He was a little unconscious. I kept wondering what would happen if he died?
The actor is now out of danger
The CEO of Lilavati Hospital said in a statement that the actor suffered six knife wounds, two of which were deep. He had surgery. Reports say that the 3-inch sharp object was removed through surgery. Now he is out of danger and the surgery has been done.
