How did the attacker enter the flat?

According to the police, the attacker climbed from the sixth floor to the 12th floor with the help of a shaft and pipe. After this he entered the flat through the bathroom window. During this time Saif Ali Khan and his employees saw him. The accused demanded ₹1 crore from Saif Ali Khan's employees, and when Saif intervened and tried to stop him, the accused attacked Saif with a knife, injuring Saif's back.
