SAI’s awareness initiative: Youth from across the country invited to join Commonwealth Games campaigns
New Delhi, 12 May. In preparation for the proposed Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2030 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Sports Authority of India (SAI) in collaboration with MyBharat has launched three nationwide awareness initiatives. These initiatives aim to promote sportsmanship, creativity and participation of youth across the country.
Under this awareness campaign of SAI, participants can participate in ‘Commonwealth Games 2030 Torch Design Competition’, ‘Commonwealth Games Reel Challenge’ and ‘Commonwealth Games 2030 Quiz’. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has given information to this effect on Tuesday.

The Commonwealth Games 2030 Torch Design Competition invites citizens to submit torch designs inspired by India’s culture, heritage, innovation, sustainable development and sporting excellence. Entries can be submitted in digital or handmade format with an optional concept note of up to 200 words.
This competition has been organized online from May 11 to May 20. Participants can submit only one entry. Selected winners will receive Fit India gifts and recognition certificates while eligible participants will receive digital participation certificates.
