Salman Khan black buck case, judge refuses to hear the case, new bench will decide
The black buck case related to Salman Khan has been going on in the court for years. Appeals related to this much talked about case were made in Rajasthan High Court. In such a situation, the hearing on the appeals related to this case has been postponed once again. The bench of Justice Baljinder Singh Sandhu has refused to hear these appeals, after which the matter has been put up to another bench. Now this matter will be placed before the Chief Justice. Then it will be decided in which bench these appeals will be heard further. At present, two appeals were to be heard in the court. But now it is pending.
Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre were acquitted in the black buck hunting case, after which leave to appeal has now been filed against them by the state government. This appeal is pending in Rajasthan High Court. The case was registered in Luni police station in the year 1998. It is alleged that blackbuck was hunted on the intervening night of 1st and 2nd October 1998. A case was registered against Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Dushyant Singh regarding this matter.

Judge refused to hear
In the black buck case, action was taken against Salman Khan under Section 9/51 of the Wildlife Protection Act. In this case, except Salman, all the other associates were acquitted. He was acquitted on 5 April 2018. At the same time, in this case, Salman was also sentenced to five years imprisonment on 5 April 2018. But later he was released on bail.

Leave to appeal issued against co-accused
When Salman Khan was sentenced in this case, he filed an appeal in the District and Special Court of Jodhpur and was released on bail. Along with this, later a petition was given to transfer Salman’s appeal to the High Court. On the orders of the High Court, this appeal was transferred to the High Court on March 21, 2022. The statement of advocate Mahipal Vishnoi has also come to light in this matter.
