Salman Khan on Dharmendra: Late actor Dharmendra’s 90th birth anniversary is on 8th December. Even though He-Man is no more in this world. But he will always rule the hearts of his fans. Salman Khan became very emotional remembering Dharmendra on the sets of Bigg Boss 19. The actor said- ‘We lost He-Man. We lost the most amazing man. I don’t think there is anyone better than Dharamji. The way he lived life, it was king-sized. They gave us Sunny, Bobby and Isha. From the day he entered the industry, he just wanted to work. He did many roles. My career graph, I have only followed Dharamji. He came with an innocent face and the body of He-Man. That charm remained with him till the end. Love you, Dharamji. Will always remember you.

Dharmendra’s connection with Salman’s parents

During this, Salman Khan told about Dharmendra’s connection with his father Salim and mother Salma. Salman Khan started crying during this time and said- ‘He died on 24th November, that day was my father’s (Salim Khan) birthday and tomorrow (8th December) is his birthday, and also my mother’s (Salma Khan) birthday. If I am feeling like this, then imagine what Sunny and her family must be going through. Salman further said- ‘Two funerals were performed with great respect – that of Sooraj Barjatya’s mother and that of Dharamji. He conducted their prayer meeting with great grace and respect. Everyone was crying, but there was one decorum – celebration of life. Hats off to Bobby and Sunny.
