What is the secret of Salman Khan’s fitness? Trainer told diet, discipline and workout secret

Long before the advent of fancy fitness challenges and trends, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has inspired millions of youth to stay healthy and fit. Bhaijaan, considered the real leader of fitness in the Hindi film industry, even today gives tough competition to his young fellow heroes. No matter what his age is, everyone is surprised to see his body and energy. Recently, in a special interview with Zoom, Salman Khan’s long-time personal trainer Rakesh R Uddiyar revealed his fitness secrets. Rakesh praised Salman’s discipline and dedication towards daily routine. He told that even after long and tiring shooting days on the set, Salman never leaves his fitness routine.

Salman Khan’s fitness secret

Rakesh said in the interview, ‘The biggest secret of Salman Khan’s success is his discipline, complete dedication and strong determination. This has become his daily routine. In the year 1989, his film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ was released. Now even more time has passed, i.e. more than 30 years. People often say different things, but you should understand that it is not easy to maintain a healthy body as we age. Yet Salman makes it possible. It is surprising to see his discipline. No matter how tired he is, no matter how much work he has to do, there is never any tension or negative reaction on Salman’s face. Even if they do not get food, they remain calm. It is their mental strength that makes them different.

Salman’s strict fitness routine

Trainer Rakesh also told about Salman’s workout style. He said, ‘Salman does 10 different exercises at a time. There are at least 20 repetitions in each set of each exercise. Even if they do only 2 or 3 sets of an exercise, it is still considered too much. Most of today’s young actors cannot compete with him. I often challenge young actors to try bench press with Salman. I am absolutely sure that no one can match him. Salman Khan is very strong physically.

Ram Charan is also like Salman

Along with Salman, Rakesh Uddiyar also talked about South’s superstar Ram Charan. He had prepared Ram Charan for his upcoming sports drama film ‘Peddi’. Rakesh said, ‘Like Salman Khan, Ram Charan is also very strong. He got injured on the sets of the film, but despite this he immediately returned to work. Bouncing back in such a situation requires more mental strength than physical strength. I believe that a large part of Ram Charan’s strength comes from his spirituality. Rakesh further said, ‘Ram Charan has always been slim. He is exactly like Salman Khan. His abs are always up and the shape of his chest is very good. If they ever become a little out of shape, they quickly get back in shape by doing cardio exercises. Both of them do cardio first thing in the morning. I can call Ram Charan an exact copy of Salman Bhai. Talking about work, Salman Khan is eagerly waiting for the release of his new film ‘Mathrubhoomi: May War Rest in Peace’. Chitrangada Singh will also be seen with him in this film. Earlier the name of this film was ‘Battle of Galwan’.
