'Apologise in our temple or give Rs 5 crore' – Obnews

Mumbai Police has allegedly received a threat message against actor Salman Khan from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In the threatening message, the actor has been given two options – apologize or give Rs 5 crore to stay alive.

Mumbai Police's traffic control room last night received a threat message on WhatsApp in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, saying that if Salman Khan wants to stay alive then “he should go to our temple and apologize or pay Rs 5 crore.” Needed.”

The message, claimed to be in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi's brother, said, “If he doesn't do this, we will kill him, our gang is still active.”

Police said the message had come on Monday and they have started investigating it.

Mumbai Police said that the process of registering a case is underway at Worli Police Station and the phone number from which the message came is being traced.

This is the second death threat received by Salman Khan in a week. Earlier, Mumbai Police Traffic Control had also received a death threat, in which a ransom of Rs 2 crore was demanded from the actor. Mumbai Police said on October 30, “On Tuesday, Mumbai Traffic Police Control received a message in which an unknown person had issued a threat, the sender of the message had demanded Rs 2 crore.” Police had further said that the unknown sender had threatened Salman Khan that he would have to face dire consequences if the money was not given. He said, “In the message, the unknown sender said that if he (Salman Khan) does not get the money, he will kill Salman Khan.

“The traffic police informed the Worli police about the matter, which registered a crime in the case and started searching for the sender. “After receiving the threatening message, a case was registered against an unknown person at Worli police station in Mumbai,” he said. Earlier on October 24, Mumbai Police had arrested a person from Jamshedpur, who had threatened Bollywood actor Salman Khan in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore.

According to Mumbai Police, after Mumbai Traffic Police received a threatening message, it has registered a case against an unknown person and started investigation.

Earlier on October 21, Mumbai Police received an apology from the same sender who had threatened Khan on October 18, saying the message was “sent by mistake.”

The initial threat message was sent to the Mumbai Traffic Police control room number on October 18.

This incident has happened in the backdrop of the recent murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui.

Former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was shot dead by three assailants near the office of his son, MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui, in Mumbai's Nirmal Nagar area on October 12.
