Salman Khan’s manager Jordy Patel stuck in Dubai, says he is ‘safe’

Mumbai: Salman Khan’s manager, Jordy Patel, is in Dubai amid the global crisis, following the US-Israel strike on Iran. He took to social media to tell his followers that he was keeping safe despite the panic. He also shared how people in the country were coping with the situation.

Jordy stated that people were mostly indoors and hoped for the de-escalation of the situation. He wrote, “Stuck in Dubai but safe. Although very scary scenes have been out there since last night, and generally, people are very scared and not venturing out. It’s visible that the moods are tense everywhere and with everyone. Hope and pray this ends soon so can fly back.”

Many celebrities stuck in the Gulf also took to social media to inform their fans of their well-being. Bollywood star Esha Gupta took to Instagram and stated, “To everyone checking in and messaging, I’m sorry for not replying. We are ok, we are safe! Times are scary, very tough. God is there to protect us. We trust the @modgovae is doing the best in protecting and interception. Praying for everyone affected. All those stranded and safety for all above all. Hope to be home soon”

Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan, who also found herself in the unfortunate situation, appealed to the Indian government for assistance. “Hon’ble PM @narendramodi ji, I am currently stranded in Dubai amid the ongoing crisis. Flights have been cancelled, and there is no clear way to return to India. I’m seeking the government’s guidance and support to help me get back home safely,” said the actress online. She added, “I would be deeply grateful for any assistance from the Government and guidance for a safe return @meaindia @india_in_dubai.”

Meanwhile, South Indian actress Khushbu Sundar appealed to the Indian government to help those stranded inn Dubai amid the tense political climate.
