Salman Khan resumes Sikandar shoot! Actor spotted with 70 guards, NSG commandos

New Delhi: Amid death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Salman Khan has resumed the shoot for his upcoming action film Sikandar. The actor has been surrounded by security personnel ever since the threats arose. Amid the possibility of harm, the actor continued filming for Bigg Boss 18 as per his contract. Now, fulfilling his prior commitments, the actor has decided to resume filming for Sikandar in Hyderabad.

Adding to his already heightened security measures, the actor added more guards to his entourage for his month-long schedule in Hyderabad. The film’s production team and its security personnel have taken extraordinary steps to secure the shooting location making it an impenetrable fortress.

As per a Mid-day report, a source revealed the layers of security executed for Salman Khan’s safety. The source, close to the production, claimed that there are three standing sets, two in the city, and one in the palace hotel. The said hotel has reportedly been transformed into a fortress and has full-fledged security in and around the hotel. Although the hotel is still in business and accepting guests, every guest is required to undergo two levels of security screening – hotel and Salman Khan’s security.

In addition to this, access to the sets is heavily controlled with no personnel allowed inside without prior permission. The staff also undergo daily screenings, and there is a strict no-swapping policy,” claimed the source. As for Salman Khan’s security, the guards will be operating on a multi-level plan. Combining government and private security forces, the actor will be accompanied by a team of around 50-70 security guards including – NSG commandos, police officers, and private security guards.

Salman Khan’s four-layered security system includes a team hand-picked by his personal bodyguard Shera. Further, a private security company with ex-military officers has been combined with Hyderabad and Mumbai police protection.
