The apartment, situated on the 12th floor of the high-end Flying Carpet skyscraper, spanned over 1,750 square feet and came with four exclusive parking spots—a rare perk in Mumbai’s crowded real estate scene.

According to reports, Arpita registered the property on February 4, 2024, paying a hefty Rs 40 lakh in stamp duty.
