The video opens with Shera carrying a massive cake. However, when it is opened, the surprise isn’t Salman; instead, Sunil Grover pops out, perfectly mimicking the actor with Salman-style expressions and his iconic bracelet.
Sunil delivers a comic take on Salman’s signature greeting, joking about being present “in the heart but not always in the picture.” The line leaves Shera annoyed.
