Be careful: Samajwadi Party MP Ziaur Rehman Burke and three MPs have been stopped on National Highway 9 regarding the violence in Sambhal, UP. They were stopped when they were going to Sambhal via Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Ghaziabad Police has sent these people back to Delhi.

Let us tell you, apart from Ziaur Rehman Burke, other SP leaders including Iqra Hasan were included among the MPs. He was coming from Delhi. In such a situation, Ghaziabad police had stopped him there.

There is news coming out that the car of three SP MPs Mohibullah Nadvi, Ziaur Rehman Burke and Harendra Malik is parked on the Delhi Meerut Expressway. In such a situation, work is being done to check each vehicle. This jam occurred only during checking. All three are not being allowed to go ahead. Due to stopping of their trains, long queues have formed on Delhi-Meerut Expressway trains.

Zia ur Rehman Burke told the media that such wrongful detention is not right. We condemn this in the strongest terms. We are public representatives. If we don't go there then who will? On the death of four people in the violence, the MP said that the police-administration is responsible for the Sambhal violence.
