Actress Sameera Reddy documented her fitness journey she embarked on this year.
Sameera Reddy, aka Messy Mama, is one of the most vibrant personalities on social media. With her engaging content, her collaborations with her mother-in-law The Sassy Sasu, the duo is often appreciated for their wholesome relation and content too. Recently, Reddy shared about her inch loss journey. Like any other common person, actors too feel the lows with their body. “I woke up this year feeling like crap . I don’t know where and when I let go last year,” Reddy shared in one other posts. Very relatable, right?

When Sameera Reddy Reduced From 92 to 81kgs
When it comes to fitness and wellness, sometimes it is all about taking that first step. For Sameera, this is not the first time she embarked on afitness journey. Years ago, Reddy shared how she reduced from weighing 91 to 81 kils over a time of an year. Sharing her journe she mentioned few lifestyle changes that worked for her”:
- I tend to lose focus but I’m aware so I get back on track immediately .
- intermittent fasting has helped me with my late night snacking habit .
- i do a lot of inner work to stay away from negative thoughts and stay mindful on being happy with my body now.
- choose a sport. It helps make fitness fun
- partner with buddy who checks on your progress every week
- set realistic goals . Don’t aim to immediately drop the weight .
- lastly don’t self loathe . Nothing and nobody is worth that stress .
