Samridhi Jan Kalyan Trust submitted memorandum to the District Magistrate regarding various public problems.

The team of Samriddhi Jan Kalyan Trust submitted a memorandum to District Magistrate Charchal Gaur regarding public interest and regional problems. In the memorandum, many major demands related to roads, electricity, traffic and development works of the area were raised.
The issue of dilapidated condition of Bijpur to Bakhrihwa main road was raised prominently by the Trust. The team said that due to the bad condition of the road over the years, accidents are happening every day and people are facing a lot of trouble in transportation. On this, the District Magistrate assured to start the road construction work soon.
Apart from this, the issue of non-utilization of CSR items and fly ash in the surrounding villages by NTPC was also raised. Trust officials alleged that the benefits of resources available for regional development are not reaching the local villagers.
In the memorandum, objection was also raised on the closure of Dodhar Gate without reason. The team said that due to the gate being closed, the local people have to face unnecessary trouble. The District Magistrate’s attention was also drawn to the forceful transfer of the electricity system to UPPCL.
Trust members demanded immediate resolution of all the problems. During this, the District Magistrate assured the team that the main road would be constructed soon and also talked about coming to Bijpur. Those who submitted the memorandum included Siddharth Gupta, Dev Kumar, Javed Ahmed, Ranjit and Wajid.
