Samsung has confirmed that it is going to hold its annual Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22. At the event, the company will launch its latest flagship smartphones of the year – Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra. There are rumors that there will be a fourth variant this time, which will probably be called the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim. Ahead of the launch event, the European price of the phone has reportedly been leaked.
While there may be a huge difference in pricing for the European and Indian markets, the leaked price gives us a general idea of what the phone will cost this time.
Samsung Galaxy S25 series: price in India
Based on a retail listing from Europe, the standard Samsung Galaxy S25 will cost 964 euros for the base 128GB variant. This is approximately Rs 85,000. The higher 256GB and 512GB models will reportedly be priced at EUR 1,026 and EUR 1,151, which is around Rs 91,000 and Rs 1,01,000, respectively.
The Galaxy S25+ price, on the other hand, is expected to start at EUR 1,235 (roughly Rs. 1,09,000) for the 256GB version and EUR 1,359 (roughly Rs. 1,20,000) for the 512GB model.
For the top Galaxy S25 Ultra, the pricing seems a bit shocking. The starting price of the smartphone is said to be 1,557 Euros, which is around Rs 1,38,000, which will go up to 1,930 Euros for the 1TB variant, which is around Rs 1,70,000.
Samsung Galaxy S25 series: RAM and storage, and color leaks
According to the retail listing spotted in Europe, we may also know the color options and storage configurations for the Galaxy S25 lineup. According to the leak, the Galaxy S25 is expected to be available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage variants, while the Galaxy S25+ may skip the 128GB option. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 Ultra can offer up to 1TB of storage.
The listing, which has reportedly been spotted by 91Mobiles Indonesia in the European retailer's database, suggests multiple color options for the lineup. The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ are likely to be offered in Icy Blue, Mint, Navy and Silver shades. In contrast, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to have more premium colors including Titanium Black, Titanium Grey, and Titanium Silver Blue.
Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, 2025. The company can also launch OneUI7 in this event. Pre-reservations in India have started at Rs 1,999, with early access and benefits worth Rs 5,000, which will be refunded if payment is cancelled. Customers who pre-order through Samsung's website can choose exclusive color options, customize RAM and storage, and get top trade-in value for their existing device.
