But the fourth device, the Galaxy S25 Slim, is going to be special. According to reports, this will be Samsung's thinnest smartphone till date.
How thin will the Galaxy S25 Slim be?
According to the leaks, the thickness of the Galaxy S25 Slim will be only 6.4mm excluding the camera module and 8.3mm with the camera module. While the thickness of smartphones is usually between 8mm to 10mm, this is considered a big achievement for Samsung.
Compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it will be 8.2mm thick (without the camera module), making the slim device appear noticeably thinner.

The Slim device will be 3.8mm shorter, 1.6mm thinner, and 1.8mm wider than the Ultra.

The device will have a metal frame, glass back and triple rear camera setup. Its bezels will be very thin. The flat frame will be accompanied by flat volume rockers and a power button. USB-C port, speaker grill and microphone will be provided at the bottom.
