Samsung has announced the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 9, the newest additions to its watch lineup, are now available for pre-order in India. Both these models are designed to be wearable 24 hours a day and provide continuous health monitoring. They convert health-related information into useful guidance on things like sleep, physical activity, cardiovascular health, and recovery.

Designed for outdoor activities and sports like running, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 will be available in Titanium Silver and Titanium Gray in 47mm size. With a titanium forging and soft straps, the watch is 12 percent slimmer despite having a 35 percent larger (800 mAh) battery thanks to an internal redesign. It features Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon Elite platform and a 5000 nits brightness display that’s clear in bright sunlight. It has options like ‘Trail Run’ mode which measures altitude and climb and ‘Nutrition Alert’ which tells you water needs based on sweat. Also, with IP69K, 10 ATM and EN13319 certifications, this watch offers great diving convenience by automatically recording water temperature, depth, time and safe diving limits through the ‘Mares’ app.

Designed with an emphasis on everyday use, comfort, long-lasting battery and continuous health tracking, the Galaxy Watch9 comes with an aluminum case and Samsung’s cushion-shaped design. Improved fit and replaceable soft-touch bands make this watch easy to wear for long periods of time. The watch runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Elite platform and offers a brightness display of up to 3000 nits, making the screen clear even in bright light. It has a 390mAh battery in the 44mm model and 445mAh in the 44mm model for all-day use. The watch will be available in two sizes—the 40mm version in Graphite and Cream colors, while the 44mm version is presented in Graphite and Silver colors.

Samsung has included new AI-based health features in both watches, where biosensors collect lifestyle and biometric information and AI models convert them into actionable health advice. These features—based on medical research from world-renowned organizations—include Vitals that monitor sleep health, Heart Health Score with lifestyle advice, Daily Cardio Load that manages exercise intensity, Fitness Index that measures physical fitness, and Hearing that alerts you to unsafe sounds. Along with this, Samsung has also introduced new bands, offering outdoor options for the Galaxy Watch Ultra2: Marine Band, Peakform Band and Trail Band; Sports Band, Misty Band and Fabric Band are available for daily use options for Galaxy Watch 9.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 9 will be available for pre-order from July 22, while general sales will begin on August 7. Samsung is expanding its ‘Samsung Care+’ support, offering free first three months of protection to customers who opt for a monthly plan with the purchase of a new watch through Samsung.com. Also, customers using One UI 9 will be able to take advantage of warranty information, self-diagnosis, repair requests and remote support directly through the watch’s Warranty and Care menu.

Price and Availability: The 47mm (LTE) model of Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is available in Titanium Silver and Titanium Gray colors for Rs 64,999. Also, the 40mm LTE variant of the Galaxy Watch9 is priced at Rs 41,999 and the BT variant is priced at Rs 37,999 and is offered in Graphite and Cream colors. Apart from this, the 44mm LTE variant of the Galaxy Watch9 is priced at Rs 44,999 and the BT variant is priced at Rs 40,999.This model is available in Graphite and Silver colors.

Pre-order offers: Special discounts and easy EMI options are available for customers on pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra2. Customers will get a pre-order benefit of Rs 1,500 redeemable only on Samsung accessories.
