After this Sandeep Pathak left from the back door of his official residence. The video of this incident is also going viral on social media, in which this claim is being made. It is being told that non-bailable sections have been imposed on Sandeep Pathak. Now the opposition has cornered the government regarding the FIR. BJP and Akali Dal have raised questions on the timing of the FIR against Pathak.

Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia has written a post regarding this on social media X. He wrote on the Sandeep Pathak was once a trusted associate of Bhagwant Mann and Arvind Kejriwal and an important center of power. If he was wrong at that time, he was following the instructions of his masters. Then who was associated with him at that time, and why is a case not being registered against him now? After changing sides, registration of FIR under non-bailable sections indicates vendetta politics. This change from being influential to coming under scrutiny raises many serious questions.
