Sanghvi Movers shares jump over 2% as company signs strategic MoU with ACE

Sanghvi Movers Limited (SML) saw its shares rise over 2% after announcing a major strategic collaboration that strengthens its long-term growth roadmap. The company has signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE), marking an important milestone that aligns directly with SML’s ELEVATE 2030 strategy and its Product Portfolio Diversification vision.

The agreement was formalized at EXCON 2025 and underscores SML’s intent to build a more robust, self-reliant heavy-equipment ecosystem in India. Through this partnership, Sanghvi Movers will integrate a substantial number of indigenously manufactured heavy slew cranes into its already diverse fleet. These cranes—spanning both truck cranes and crawler cranes—are expected to enhance operational efficiency, expand service capabilities, and further solidify the company’s leadership in the heavy-lifting sector.

This partnership also carries strong national relevance. By accelerating the adoption of Indian-made heavy lifting equipment, SML is supporting the Government of India’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative and the Make in India program. The move reduces reliance on imported machinery in a capital-intensive industry while encouraging domestic innovation and strengthening India’s industrial base.
