Sanjay Singh said – ‘Toll-free Mal Loot Expressway’ should be built from Ayodhya to Nagpur, we will expose donation theft in front of SIT

Lucknow. Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has made a very sensational and documented revelation on Friday. He has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (which he termed ‘ED Party’) and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust General Secretary Champat Rai of the biggest ever ‘donation theft’ and loot in the name of the construction of Lord Shri Ram’s temple. MP Sanjay Singh exposed the layers of this mega scam by making public the official government and registry documents.

Land worth Rs 9 crore bought for Rs 55.47 crore, this is robbery on faith

Sanjay Singh said that such a game of donation theft and loot is going on in the temple of Lord Shri Ram that one is left teary-eyed after seeing the facts coming in front of him. I have in my hands solid documents of the biggest donation theft ever. Donation thief Champat Rai has purchased 117 Biswa (14,730 square meter) land located in Shahnawazpur Majha from Alok Bansal, Manish Bansal and Shivani Bansal for Rs 55 crore 47 lakh 31 thousand 800, whereas the actual value of this land is only Rs 9 crore.

He reminded that even before this, Sultan Ansari’s land worth Rs 2 crore was bought for Rs 18.5 crore in just 5 minutes and corruption of Rs 16.5 crore was committed and how land worth Rs 3 crore was bought for Rs 24 crore and a robbery of Rs 21 crore was committed.

​Farmers are given pennies, traders are given huge donations, what is the mathematics of this corruption?

​Explaining the chronology of corruption, AAP MP Sanjay Singh said that the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh and Modi’s trust forcibly acquired about 3,500 biswa of land from farmers in ‘Majha Barhata’ village, located very close to the pilgrimage area, at the rate of Rs 4,40,000 per biswa. But, in Shahnawazpur, located far away from the pilgrimage area, the ‘generous donation thief’ Champat Rai squandered the hard-earned money of Ram devotees at the rate of Rs 47,00,000 (47 lakh) per biswa to his favorite businessmen. The farmers were given compensation of only Rs 4.40 lakh for the land which is close to the temple and Rs 47 lakh was given for the land which is far away. The price of land purchased in the year 2023 will be sky high and the price of farmers’ land acquired in 2024 will be in hell! Why is this open loot not being investigated as to whose share it is going to?

Taking a direct attack on the silence of the country’s Prime Minister and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Sanjay Singh said that the charity of faith of crores of Ram devotees of this country is being looted in broad daylight, but ‘ED Party’ chief Narendra Modi does not utter a word from his mouth. There is not a single statement from the RSS chief. If you are really a devotee of Ram, then why are you silent on this loot? My demand is that Prime Minister should build a ‘toll-free expressway’ directly from Ayodhya to Nagpur (RSS headquarters), so that the donations from the temple can be looted and taken directly to Nagpur.

The role of vote thief Gyanesh Kumar should be investigated, the government should stop the gimmick of SIT.

​Sanjay Singh countered the statement of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said that he is going to officially hand over all the evidence of this mega scam to the SIT after seeking time. However, he expressed apprehension that Nipendra Mishra giving clean chit to Champat Rai even before the investigation started is proof that the government wants to cover up the scam.

​He alleged that from 2020 to 2024, bureaucrat Gyanesh Kumar was posted in the Trust as the representative of Prime Minister Modi, whose responsibility was for land deals and administrative coordination. Gyanesh Kumar, who is carrying out ‘vote theft’ across the country today, first patronized this game of ‘donation theft’ by staying in the Trust. There should be a time-bound investigation into this entire matter under the supervision of the Supreme Court and all the dishonest people including Champat Rai should be immediately arrested and sent to jail. Sanjay Singh made it clear that he has sent a written complaint from his official email ID to the state DGP, Ayodhya SSP and the concerned SHO, demanding registration of an FIR.
