Sanju Samson’s six injures a female fan as she cries in pain

A massive hit in particular from Indian cricket team’s wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson saddened a lady fan in the audience making her shed tears in the course of playing the fourth T20I match against South Africa on Friday. Samson was looking majestic as he hit 9 sixes and was not out at an astonishing score of 109 in fifty-six balls. This incident occurred when Samson played a sneaky off Tristan Stubbs whacking a huge six and taking the ladies by astonishment. The ball went over the deep mid-wicket fielder but was shot back at the woman very cleanly. Tears filled the supporters’ faces as they brought her ice to put on the knock. And even Sanju seemed very sad too when he found out about the injury suffered by the fan and this whole episode has already been posted by many users on their social media accounts.

To previously turn the page however, India beat up South Africa by 135 runs in the fourth T20I to take the four-match series 3-1.

Samson’s 109 not out of 56 balls was complemented by Tilak Varma’s extraordinary 120 not out in quick time of only 47 balls as they took India to an intimidating 283 for 1 in 20 overs, their highest ever score in an international game outside India.

During South Africa’s turn to bat, in the most hostile conditions, the ball was dominated by Arshdeep Singh (3/20) for the first full tilt when the home team was reduced to 10 for 4 and eventually bundled out for 148 in 18.2 overs.

Among the countless records that have been broken, the most significant of all would have to be two Indian batters making hundreds in the same T20I innings. Besides Varma, Samson also holds the record of the highest T20I partnership by Indian players 210 runs shared between the two for the second wicket off 93 balls.

Samson, at the same time, made the century in 51 balls while Varma (41 balls) was 10 balls quicker. As of today, Swanton has scored three T20I centuries in the last five innings and even that includes two naughts.
