Pakistani social media star Sannia Ashfaq has shared an emotional message following her divorce from former cricketer Imad Wasim. The couple, married in 2019, share three children: Inaya, Ryan, and their youngest, Zayan.
Sannia revealed that her marriage faced difficulties for years. She said she remained committed to preserving the family, even while enduring emotional pain, mistreatment, and abandonment during her pregnancy. According to her, the involvement of a third party ultimately led to the breakdown of the marriage. In her heartfelt post, Sannia wrote, “I speak today not out of vengeance, but out of truth—for myself, for my children, and for every woman who was told to endure in silence.” She highlighted that there is documented evidence supporting her claims but said she has been threatened against making it public. She concluded by reminding her followers that justice will prevail and that the rights of women should not be ignored.
Following Sannia’s statement, Imad Wasim officially announced the divorce on Instagram. He cited “repeated conflicts that could not be resolved over the past few years” and asked for privacy regarding the matter. He requested that fans refrain from sharing old photos or spreading misleading narratives. Imad reaffirmed his commitment to being a responsible father to their three children.
