Sara Ali Khan, Veer Pahariya’s dance from ‘Sky Force’ resurfaces on Reddit, netizens call Veer “national curse”

While the year-ender lists are doing the rounds, netizens are also reminded of filmy moments and moments from films that remain etched in their memory. There is, of course, no guarantee that these moments in question were good or bad, but some of them are certainly funny. With a few days remaining for the New Year to begin, Redditors are taking turns uploading snippets from films that were funnily unforgettable this year. As it turns out, a lot of them are reminded of Veer Pahariya’s dance steps in the song ‘Rang,’ which featured in the movie Sky Force.

Reddit users took to the popular site to share a snippet of the song video where Veer was doing the dance step that had eventually become a meme moment. The dance step went viral on the internet and was called the ‘langdi step.’ It was popular meme material for most of 2025, and right around the year-end, it has resurfaced again with netizens sharing their remarks on it.

The snippet was uploaded on Reddit with the caption, “As year is coming to an end lets not forget this song and scene.”

A comment on the post read, “Everything he did during the promotions were even funnier than this” while another said, “National curse Veer Paharganj.”

A Reddit user mentioned, “To my surprise, SARA acted better in this one” while another wrote,

Veer made his big Bollywood debut with Sky Force at the beginning of the year. The film also featured Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and Nimrat Kaur in poignant roles. Coming back to Veer, there is a lot of interest that the public is taking in his personal life, especially ever since he officially started dating Tara Sutaria.
