Sargi is not complete without these dishes

Peas – 350 grams

Onion-3

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Green chilli – 3

Garlic-2

Ginger – 1 inch

salt to taste

Garam masala – half teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon

Oil – 3 spoons

First of all prepare the above mentioned materials. After this, soak the gram in a bowl.

Once the gram has absorbed all the moisture, add water and salt and boil.

Turn off the gas after hearing two-three whistles. – During this time, heat a pan on the gas and add onion to it and fry it a little.

Once the onion is cooked well, add ginger, onion, garlic, green chillies etc. and fry a little.

Then add peas and spices to the rice cooker and fry for an hour. Then cut the bread, keep it in a plate and put peas on top.

Then spread all the ingredients on top and serve hot.

Flour – 2 cups

10 cloves of garlic

Black pepper powder – half teaspoon

Green chilli – 3 pieces (chopped)

Celery – half teaspoon

Desighe – 3 spoons

First of all, peel the garlic and chop it finely. In the next step, add chopped garlic, 3 green chillies, half teaspoon black pepper powder, half teaspoon celery and salt in a bowl and mix well.

– After mixing spices, sift the flour in another vessel. Then add the mixture and 1 tablespoon of flour to make eating even more enjoyable.

Knead the dough lightly while adding water slowly. After kneading the dough, keep it aside for 10 minutes. This will make the dough soft.

After 10 minutes, apply oil to the flour and mix well. Then take a ball of dough and roll it. Fold the roll into a round shape to make lachha.

– Roll this dough like a roti, apply the filling and roll it on the other side also. Then heat the pan on gas.

Put the paratha in the pan and fry it well from both the sides. Now the paratha is ready. Serve with chutney or pickle.
