Sasco Infinite Club integrates shopping, dining and lounge services at Tan Son Nhat airport

As passenger expectations evolve, airports are increasingly offering a broader range of services beyond transportation, including retail, food and beverage options, and premium waiting areas. Sasco Infinite Club was developed to connect these services through a single membership platform.

Members can earn reward points, known as SCoin, through transactions across participating Sasco-operated services. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for benefits, while spending contributes to membership tier upgrades.

The program covers purchases at Sasco Shop and duty-free outlets, dining at participating restaurants and cafés, and the use of airport facilities such as lounges and sleep zones.

Sasco operates a network of retail stores, duty-free shops, restaurants, cafés and airport lounges at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Through the membership program, services are linked under a single platform, allowing travelers to accumulate rewards across different touchpoints during their airport journey.

According to the company, the program is designed to provide members with access to benefits across shopping, dining and airport services, rather than offering promotions through individual outlets alone.

Each transaction contributes to a member’s reward balance and may unlock additional privileges depending on membership status.

Airport lounges remain among the most frequently used premium services by regular travelers. Sasco currently operates several lounges at airports across Vietnam, serving approximately 1.9 million passengers annually from more than 50 airlines and international organizations.

At Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, The Sens Business Lounge covers 543 square meters and accommodates up to 170 guests. The lounge incorporates design elements inspired by Southern Vietnamese culture while providing facilities for relaxation and work.

Passengers can also access Sleep Zone facilities at the international terminal, offering a resting option during layovers or before departures.

Sasco Infinite Club offers multiple membership tiers, with benefits varying according to spending levels and membership status.

Depending on tier, members may receive discount vouchers, promotional offers, birthday gifts and lounge access privileges. The highest membership level includes lounge access benefits valued at up to 4,000 credits.

According to Sasco, the program is intended to provide rewards tailored to different traveler profiles, including business travelers, leisure passengers and families.
