Saudi Weather Update: How will the weather be in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, government agency released new forecast

A government update has been issued regarding the weather in Saudi Arabia for Saturday, June 20, 2026. Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and National Center for Meteorology (NCM) have asked people to be careful while giving weather information. It is important for expatriates and local people to know what the weather will be like in the coming days.

According to the forecast released for Saturday, the weather will be clear and sunny in areas like Al-Quwaiyah. The temperature here is expected to be between 28 degrees Celsius to 41 degrees Celsius, while the humidity level will be around 8 percent.

NCM has also released summer forecasts for June, July and August 2026. According to the report, the average temperature across Saudi Arabia will be above normal. In the month of June, the temperature in areas like Jazan, Al-Baha, Mecca, Asir, Medina, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail and Tabuk may increase by 1.5 degrees Celsius above normal. Talking about rainfall, it is likely to be normal in June.

The government has implemented strict rules regarding weather information. Only the National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has the authority to issue weather forecasts and warnings. It is illegal for any other person or organization to predict the weather.

Those who break the rules may have to pay up to 10 years in jail and a fine of up to 2 million riyals (about 5 lakh 30 thousand dollars). The government has appealed to the people not to trust any unauthorized apps or rumors and only follow information from official channels.
